Director of Petroleum Operations Promotion

Hello Everyone,

This memo is to announce the promotion of Heather Denning to Director of Petroleum Operations. The Director of Petroleum Operations reports directly to the COO, and is responsible for Petroleum Operations company wide.  To clarify, this change dissolves the prior regional management structure and puts all Petroleum operations under one Director.

For anyone who is familiar with Heather or worked with her you know she cares about her people. She consistently goes to bat for those she works with and is responsible for, and does it naturally. She is assertive and truly understands the importance of her drivers, customers, and employees. She also understands the delicate balance between the three, and absolutely knows how to get things done.

In short, she is an excellent person to consolidate leadership under operationally. She is an outstanding manager, and has close to 20 years of experience in Liquid Bulk Operations. That is a tremendous amount of talent and experience for a person her age. The consolidation of responsibility under the new structure, her drive, and the talent level Heather brings to the table will be nothing but positive. Please take a moment to congratulate Heather on this promotion. It’s a step in the right direction for all of us.
